IOS upload to flash on Cisco switch using Xmodem
When Cisco 3560 switch have blinked SYST mode at startup, maybe that is gone flash IOS image
then you should fellow step like this
1. Down load putty at http://www.extraputty.com/snapshots/Download/thanksputty.html
putty.zip2. Do execute extraputty.
3. Category>Session | click Serial in Connection type
4. Click open button
5. Push menu button when you do plugin
switch: flash_init
switch: set BAUS 115200
switch: set BAUE 115200
switch: set BAUD 115200
6. Disconnect extraputty
7. Reconnect extraputty after change baud values as 115200 in Catatory>Connection>Serial>Speed(baud) 115200
