On windows
1. Look around diskmgmt console, you can see Disk1 that's USB disk. Close diskmgmt console
c:\:>diskmgmt.msc
2. Click "Edit virtual machine settings" in Virtual machine that you have a plan installing windows 7 on VMWare
3. Click "Add" button bottom in opened window.
4. Select "Hard Disk" and click "Next" button
5. Click "Next" button again.
6. In Select a Disk, select "Use a physical disk(for advanced users) and click "Next"
7. In Select s Physical Disk, Select PhysicalDrive1 in Click Drop down button and click "Next"
8. Click "Finish" button
On Virtual machine that you will setup
1. Enter a COMS bios
2. Change boot sequence in COMS
3. Save configuration change and exit Now when you can press F10 key.
4. Fly to the windows 7 setup time.
